Our Hotel Residenz Oberhausen is a very good starting point for your stay in Oberhausen. Only 200 m from downtown Oberhausen with the “Altmarkt” and 800 m from the main railway station Oberhausen. Our hotel car park in the courtyard is available free of charge. You are also welcome to reserve a space in our underground car park in advance for €8.00 per night per car. (both subject to availability)

All our 103 rooms are at least 25 square meters. Equipped with double bed 1,80x2m, hairdryer, cordless telephone, free W-Lan, flat screen TV with over 50 national and international programs, practical 2 m long workplace. Ideal for a short break with the whole family or a long-term stay.

Let the culinary delights of the restaurant Residenz in a nice cozy atmosphere spoil you. Here you will find national and international dishes with fresh market products. A breakfast buffet for our house guests, till noon at weekends. In the evenings we serve nice snacks, rustic meals, but also candlelight dinners at our hotel restaurant with the chic bar corner.
Our three conference rooms with 50, 80 and 100 sqm, large windows, can be darkened and have air condition, “all inclusive” arrangements offer space for short meetings, a workshop, conferences and festivities.
